Dr. Polina Bryson is a licensed clinical psychologist, license number PSY20477. She has a special interest in strength-based treatment, incorporating approaches from Cognitive-Behavioral, Dialetctical-Behavioral and Mindfulness therapies. She is also skilled in providing parental education and guidance and helping families improve their communication. In addition to treating a variety of mental health disorders, Dr. Bryson enjoys helping clients achieve their life goals and improve their motivation, confidence and self-esteem.
Dr. Bryson received her B.A. in Psychology from University of Rochester and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University.
